This villa with a private pool is situated in Alliste on the ground floor. The property also offers fenced on-site parking for added convenience. Alliste is an excellent base for exploring the cultural and natural attractions of the Salento region, with its charming coastal towns and traditional Apulian landscapes. The nearest airport, Brindisi Airport (Aeroporto del Salento), is located approximately 100 km away, providing easy access to the area.

This spacious villa offers 150 m² of comfortable living space and can accommodate up to nine guests. It features three well-appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a single bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. An additional full bathroom is also available for guests' convenience.

The villa is equipped with modern amenities, including a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The living spaces are complemented by practical features such as a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, dehumidifier, and TV. For security and comfort, the property includes a safe and an alarm system.

Alliste is a typical Salento town in the southern province of Lecce of Apulia. A short drive will take you to the coast and it will only take you five minutes to reach Capilungo where the nearest beach access is. Located on the southwest coast of Salento, the sea is just a few minutes drive from Alliste. Taviano is a nearby town known by locals for its several restaurants serving some of the best local traditional food.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
