The villa is situated in Alliste, a charming village in the southern part of Salento, just a short distance from the coast. Within a 5-minute drive, you can reach Capilungo, the nearest seaside resort. Alliste serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the cultural and natural beauty of the Salento region, with its picturesque coastal towns and traditional Apulian landscapes. The closest airport, Brindisi Airport (Aeroporto del Salento), is about 100 km away, ensuring convenient access to the area.

This spacious villa, offers 200 m² of living space, featuring three comfortable bedrooms and two well-equipped bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. The villa is spread over a mezzanine floor, with a cozy layout that combines modern amenities and relaxation areas.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds. The third bedroom is slightly smaller, ideal for one person. The two bathrooms are both complete, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring two sofa beds that each accommodate one person. In addition to the comfortable indoor spaces, the villa also provides a variety of accessories to enhance your stay. These include a shower, garden furniture, a dehumidifier, a baby cot, hangers, mosquito nets, and a jacuzzi.

For entertainment and convenience, the villa is equipped with a TV, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a microwave. The fully-equipped kitchen features a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and freezer, ideal for preparing meals. Other amenities include an indoor fireplace, fans, a hammock, and a balcony. Outdoor spaces include a patio, barbecue area, whirlpool, and a gazebo, offering the perfect environment for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
