The villa is in an ideal location along the Salento coast. It is near Capilungo, only a five-minute drive away, and just 800 meters from the sea. It is surrounded by some of the region’s most beautiful beaches. The nearby Capilungo beach features low-lying rocky ledges and crystal-clear turquoise waters, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling enthusiasts. Twelve minutes away by car are the sandy shores of Mancaversa, followed by the Punta Pizzo nature reserve and the Baia Verde beaches of Gallipoli. There, visitors can rent umbrellas and sunbeds or purchase snacks from local stands.

In the opposite direction, the white sands of Torre San Giovanni can be reached in about 15 minutes by car and offer another stunning coastal experience. The villa stands out with its use of local Apulian stone and features bright, colorful interiors and spacious, air-conditioned rooms. Outside, a large, private swimming pool with a newly added hot tub provides the perfect setting for relaxation. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
