The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a single sofa bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony and a jacuzzi. The badroom is equipped with two bidets, a shower, two toilets and three washbasins.

Families traveling with young children will appreciate the provided cot, changing mat, high chair, children's dishes, and a small play corner. A thoughtfully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and fast Wi‑Fi complete the home‑from‑home feel. Just 15 minutes by car from Verbania/Intra, with its twice‑weekly market, lakeside promenade, beaches, playgrounds, shops, and restaurants, Casa Marla offers both peaceful isolation and easy access to local attractions. Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 230,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
