Verduno (an area of the Langhe in southern Piedmont, 6 km from Alba and 3 km from La Morra) is known for its typical Verduno - Pelaverga wine. This area, together with the neighbouring Roero, has been recognised by Unesco as a World Heritage Site.

Enjoy here the mild climate and a beautiful view of the picturesque vineyards

Apart from Pelaverga, all Piedmontese grape varieties are cultivated in the area around Verduno for the production of the famous wines such as Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto D'Alba.

Together with La Morra and 6 other municipalities Verduno is part of the consortium for the production of Barolo.
From 'La Vigna del Parroco' you can walk to the typical restaurants of the Langa i to enjoy a pleasant evening with a bottle of Barolo without having to use your own car to get home.
