Location: Secluded south-facing slope with plenty of sunshine, absolutely quiet. Hiking trails lead directly from the house to the Olzeno and Le Biuse Alps, and to the Cannobina River and the Cannobina Valley.

Parking in the village. Parking is also available at the house.

2-room apartment, approx. 45 sq m, on the ground floor with a large terrace (approx. 25 sq m), for sole use, separate entrance.

Outdoor grill, sun loungers, parasol, small garden pond, garden furniture, lawn.

Furnishings: Cozy living room furnished with antiques. Fireplace, central heating, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom: shower, toilet, sink. Fully tiled.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
