This spacious open-plan interior seamlessly combines a kitchen, dining area, living space, and sleeping area, all thoughtfully arranged to create a welcoming and functional layout. A tasteful blend of modern and antique furnishings adds character and charm throughout.

From the entrance hall, a few steps lead into the kitchen and dining area, where a table for four sits adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen featuring a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, and electric kettle. The living area, located on the opposite side of the room, is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, set beside a beautifully preserved historic wooden manger that adds a touch of rustic authenticity.

The sleeping area includes a double bed, partially tucked around a corner and visually separated from the rest of the space by a bookcase, offering a sense of privacy. The bathroom, accessed from the entrance hall, is fitted with a shower, washbasin, bidet, WC, and a washing machine for added convenience.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
