Located outside the village, 950 meters from the center of Somano, in a secluded, quiet, sunny hillside location. Natural grounds of 4 hectares, 3,000 m² garden (fenced) with a natural garden, lawn, and above-ground pool (10 x 5 meters, 135 cm deep, seasonal availability: May 1st - October 15th). Play area (football, bocce, etc.). Parking on the property.

Heating is not available in all rooms. Wooden floorboards and tiles. Large terrace (30 m²), small terrace (10 m²). Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
