The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, a double sofa bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a garden and there are three terraces, three sets of garden furniture and two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, two showers, a bidet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and two washing machines.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a stove.

"Il Roseto II," a 3-room semi-detached house, 120 m², on the first floor. Renovated in 2024, beautifully and comfortably furnished: A large living/bedroom with panoramic windows, a large sofa bed, dining table, TV, wood-burning stove, and table football.

One double bedroom. One bedroom with two single beds. One of the single beds can be made into a double bed, but this is only recommended for children.

Large, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, four ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, separate WC.

Wood heating. Heating is not available in all rooms. Wooden floorboards and tiled floors. Large terrace (30 m²), small terrace (10 m²). Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

Available: washing machine, cot (for children up to 2 years old), hairdryer. Internet (WiFi, free).

Please note: One pet/dog is allowed. The apartment has a private entrance, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and carbon monoxide detector.

The owner also welcomes guests to bring their own horse. Stables are available. Please contact the owner for details.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
