Old country house "Mainero", built in 1800, renovated in 2010, surrounded by trees. In the centre of Soglio, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: property (fenced), large garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Grocery 160 m, restaurant, bar 140 m, bus stop 50 m. Nearby attractions: Asti 20 km, Alba 50 km, Torino 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
