In winter, it provides easy access to skiing, with ski-in/ski-out convenience right from the residence. When the snow melts, it’s ideal for hiking. The location is very convenient, with shops, a minimarket, ski rental, ski school, and restaurants all just below the apartment.

Situated on the third floor with lift access, the studio is comfortably furnished with all the essentials guests might need. The open-plan living area includes a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a wooden dining table with chairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a cooker hob, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. A glass door opens onto a private balcony where guests can relax on deck chairs and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The area comes alive with festivals and events for all ages throughout the year, ranging from environmental projects to cultural evenings.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
