Conveniently located near the Nuova Nube chairlift, this bright studio sits peacefully on the second floor of a four-story building with elevator access. It features central heating, ski storage, and a private balcony perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the tranquil mountain scenery.

The main living area features a contemporary kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and a Smart flatscreen HDTV. From this space, you access a pair of built-in bunk beds located conveniently beside the bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge and coffee machine.

The open-plan layout includes both the double sofa bed and the integrated bunk beds, while the modern bathroom offers a shower, bidet, washbasin and WC.

This residence is located in the popular resort town of Sestriere, host of the 2006 Winter Olympics. It enjoys an exceptionally convenient position close to the ski slopes. In the winter, guests can ski directly to and from the apartment. The surrounding slopes accommodate skiers and snowboarders of all abilities. The area also offers cross-country skiing, heliskiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, and snowshoeing. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
