This studio enjoys a prime position in the popular resort of Sestriere, host of the 2006 Winter Olympics. Set right by the ski slopes, the residence offers exceptional convenience, allowing guests to ski directly in and out during the winter season.

Perfectly placed near the Nuova Nube chairlift, the apartment provides an excellent base for exploring the renowned Sestriere ski area. Located on the second floor of a four-story building with a lift, the studio offers a peaceful retreat complete with central heating, ski storage and tiled flooring. A private balcony with mountain views adds to the appeal, making it an ideal choice for up to four guests seeking an active holiday amidst stunning alpine scenery.

The main living space incorporates a modern kitchen and is furnished with a double sofa bed, a dining table and a flatscreen TV, providing a peaceful retreat after a day on the slopes. This space also offers access to a private balcony that's perfect for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the serene mountain views. The kitchen is fitted with a coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Right beside the property is the Nuova Nube chairlift, which links Sestriere to the Colle Banchetta area at 2,530 meters.

In summer, the area offers forest and alpine-meadow hiking, along with mountain-biking trails for all skill levels. Additional activities include tennis, golf and swimming. Nearby, there is also a beach-volleyball court, a padel court, a football field and a children’s playground. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
