Located in Borgata Sestriere, this studio sits on the third floor of a residence with lift access, right in the heart of the mountains. In winter, guests can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the nearby slopes, which cater to skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Just a 7-minute drive away, Sestriere, it offers activities and attractions year-round. Turin Airport is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car.

The open-plan living area features two single beds that can be joined to form a double, along with a third single bed in a bunk style. A dining table sits alongside a fitted kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The tiled bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, bidet, and WC.

There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter and summer seasons.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.

Below the residence, guests will find a range of shops and cafés. There are many great restaurants and bars in Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
