This apartment is located in a modern, chalet-style residence in the heart of Sestriere. It's just steps from the ski lifts and shuttle bus. In winter, the slopes cater to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, making the residence an excellent home base for an activity-filled mountain getaway.

The apartament is on the second floor of an attractive, central chalet with elevator access. It can accommodate up to five guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy the stunning Italian Alps in any season.

This contemporary, open-plan apartment, with colourful furnishings, consists of an open plan living space, which is full of light, thanks to the large French windows, which lead out to the private balcony. The sitting area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, plus a flat-screen TV. The dining table includes banquette seating and is next to the open kitchen. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
