The apartament is a stylish five-person apartment in the Sestriere resort. Located on the second floor of a modern residence with a lift, it is very close to the ski slopes, allowing guests to ski in and out of the property. It's an ideal choice for friends and families looking for an exciting, action-packed mountain holiday any time of year.

The stylish living/dining room features contemporary wooden paneling. Large windows and a glass door that opens to a private balcony fill the room with light. The indoor seating area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats six. The separate kitchen is conveniently connected to the dining area by a hatch for easy serving. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has an elegant double bed, wardrobe, en suite bathroom and a glass door opening onto a balcony.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom consists of 3 single beds, extensive storage and a door out onto the balcony.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
