The apartment is located in the heart of Sauze d’Oulx, a lively year-round holiday destination. Nestled among stunning mountains, forests, and meadows, it offers a picturesque setting in every season. Turin Airport can be reached in just 1 hour and 15 minutes by car.

The open-plan living area has a stylish wooden ceiling and is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. A glass door leads out onto the balcony that looks over the town to the mountains beyond. Back indoors, the attractive wooden fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom: The cosy master bedroom has a double bed, a flatscreen TV and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. There is also a wardrobe for storage.

Bathroom
The separate bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
