Inside, you will find a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table that seats four. Adjacent to the living area is a kitchenette with an induction hob, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. The residence also boasts a charming shared garden with mature trees and picnic tables—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors in the fresh mountain air.

Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
