This accommodation lies in the charming village of Bessen Haut, which is wonderfully located in a sunny and peaceful area. It is 9.5 km from Sauze di Cesana and just 6.8 km from the center of the village. Guests are fortunate to have an excellent restaurant just a few steps away. Sestiere is also a 10-minute drive away.

Escape to one of the most picturesque parts of the Italian Alps. The accommodation is located in the charming village of Bessen Haut, also known as Bessè Alto, a restored mountain village dating from the 1700s. The apartment, located on the ground floor of a traditional stone-and-wood lodge, sleeps five people. It is a comfortable holiday home for friends or family at any time of year. The apartment has beautiful views of the valley and the mountains beyond. The entrance is through a lovely garden in the back of the house.

The entrance leads through a charming garden at the back of the house. Inside, the open-plan living area is elegantly decorated with contemporary furnishings. Two sets of French windows fill the space with natural light and fresh air. The room features a stylish sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV.

The dining area includes a table that seats six and is separated from the alpine-style wooden kitchen by a practical island. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a fridge–freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: Tucked under the wooden eaves, the master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, king-size double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has attractive wooden storage, a single bed and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Bedroom 3: This cosy bedroom has a wooden bunk bed, good storage and a chest of drawers.

Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: The chic bathroom has a bath with a showerhead, basin and WC.
Bathroom 2: This modern bathroom has a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The village is also home to the charming La Cappella di Sant’Anna, a beautiful chapel well worth visiting. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities, including hiking and mountain biking through alpine meadows, as well as excellent skiing during the winter season.

Just 10 minutes away lies Sestriere, host of the 2006 Winter Olympics, renowned for its superb ski facilities suitable for all ages. Visitors can enjoy cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledding, dog sledding, and snowshoeing. The town also offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and other essential amenities.

Valle Argentera, only 15 minutes away, is celebrated for its breathtaking natural beauty, with scenic hikes along the river near the Ponte Terribile. The apartment is conveniently located a 1 hour and 35-minute drive from Turin Airport.

You can also relax, because near Baita Delle Stelle in Sauze di Cesana you can go to the city.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
