The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a tennis court, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a patio, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Private: terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) round (8 m diameter, depth 100 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public parking on the road. Grocery 40 m, restaurant 30 m, bar, bakery 40 m, bus stop 160 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Tennis, walking paths from the house 280 m, children's playground 260 m. Nearby attractions: Acqui Terme 13 km, Ovada 26 km, Genova 76 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
