3-family house 860 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, renovated. In the hamlet Gisola, 4 km from the centre of Pessinetto, 8 km from the centre of Lanzo Torinese, in a sunny, elevated position. For shared use: terraced garden (fenced) with flowers and trees. Garden furniture. In the complex: sauna, fitness room, steam room, hot tub (all extra), washing machine (for shared use), bicycle rental. Breakfast and half board on request (extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Germagnano" 9.5 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
