Nestled in the Susa Valley, the town of Oulx is a year-round holiday destination, surrounded by dramatic mountains, lush forests, and open meadows. Set in one of the most scenic areas of the Italian Alps, this second-floor apartment is part of a modern residence on the eastern edge of Oulx.It serves as an excellent base for families or groups of friends seeking an active, adventure-filled getaway in any season.

The open living and dining area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchairs. A flat-screen TV sits next to the dining table, which seats up to six people. A glass door opens to a private balcony with a table and chairs. Back inside, the kitchen is separate from the dining area. It is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, and a fridge.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a stylish cane armchair and extensive wooden wardrobes.
Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom has two single beds, a third (pull-out) single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. A glass door leads out to the balcony.

Bathroom
The independent bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

The residence is conveniently located on the outskirts of town, close to essential amenities such as supermarkets, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants that cater to all tastes and budgets.

In the winter, guests can enjoy excellent skiing and snowboarding at the nearby Sauze d’Oulx resort (10 minutes away), which is part of the renowned Via Lattea "Milky Way" ski area. During the summer, the region offers numerous hiking trails through alpine meadows and mountain landscapes, as well as fantastic mountain biking routes. The Parco Naturale del Gran Bosco di Salbertrand (12 minutes away) invites visitors to immerse themselves in pristine natural scenery.

Turin Airport is just over an hour away, and Oulx railway station is only a 4-minute drive for those arriving by train.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
