This delightful apartment on Lake Maggiore features a wonderful private garden, a communal swimming pool, and a magnificent view of the lake. It is very suitable for vacations with your partner or family. Although it's in the middle of nature but it is within walking distance to the village center. Here are various shops and restaurants, and you can go shopping for daily groceries. There are various golf clubs in the area, and you can also go walking and cycling (which you can rent in the area). On a warm day, you can also choose to rent a motorboat or kayak and explore the lake. For example, sailed to 1 of the many nearby towns. If you are traveling with small children, there is the possibility to rent a cot and a high chair. Parking is available. If you want to leave the car for a day, you can use public transportation, 3 km from the residence.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 200,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
