Nuovo Moderno Rifugio sul Lago is a comfortable and cosy flat in Nebbiuno, on the left bank of Lake Maggiore. The property, with its new and modern spaces, is on one level. The private driveway leads to the entrance, which is preceded by a small, livable balcony leading directly onto the modern, windowed kitchen. A short corridor joins the other spaces of the house; a bedroom with a double and a single bed and the bathroom, complete with shower and bidet. The flat is equipped with every comfort; such as air conditioning both in the bedroom and in the kitchen, free wi-fi, and free and paid public parking spaces near the driveway. The house has been recently renovated and every little detail is taken care of with contrasts between modern and traditional elements that preserve its original character typical of the villages on Lake Maggiore.

The town of Nebbiuno, renowned for enjoying the cleanest air in the entire valley, is a village that fascinates for its history, scenic beauty and living traditions. It stands on a wide morainic terrace offering spectacular views of Lake Maggiore, the lakes of Monate and Varese, and even Milan on clear days. The heart of the village is dominated by the Church of San Giorgio, whose construction probably dates back to the Lombard era. Inside, frescoes can be admired, including the one above the entrance portal depicting the holy knight slaying the dragon. In the surrounding hamlets, such as Fosseno, Tapigliano and Corciago, there are other historical churches, such as the Church of Sant'Agata in Fosseno, built between the 14th and 17th centuries, and the Church of Saints Nazaro and Celso in Corciago, probably founded by St Julius in the 4th century. The Nebbiuno area is rich in hiking trails that wind through woods and hills, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore and the surrounding mountains. A popular excursion is to Monte Cornaggia, which at an altitude of 922 metres offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. The route starts in Fosseno and winds its way along well-marked paths, ideal for nature lovers and outdoor walks. Nebbiuno is also a place where local traditions are still alive. Every year, on 18 October, the Sagra della Transumanza is celebrated, an event that commemorates the return of the cows from the summer pastures. During the festival, hundreds of cattle parade through the village streets, accompanied by popular music and dances, attracting numerous visitors. In addition, the village of Campiglia, located just outside the town, preserves an ancient medieval watchtower. This small village is also known for the production of 'Vino della Campiglia', a local wine that represents one of the area's wine-making traditions. In short, Nebbiuno is a place where history, nature and tradition intertwine, offering visitors an authentic and evocative experience in the heart of Piedmont.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
