The Green Emerald Family Retreat sits just outside the picturesque town of Gignese.

Nestled in lush greenery, this spacious townhouse offers a peaceful setting on the outskirts of Gignese. It features a private garden complete with a BBQ — perfect for outdoor dining or unwinding in the sunshine.

Inside, the property spans four floors and features an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area that leads to the garden through French doors. This space is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a Smart flatscreen digital TV and a dining table. The modern kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Perfect for family time, the room also offers a selection of board games, chess, a PlayStation 4, TV and Lego sets. Guests can even make use of acoustic and classical guitars. In the winter season, children’s sledges are provided free of charge for fun on the snow of Mottarone.

This tranquil setting offers excellent opportunities for hiking and mountain biking, with scenic forest trails and stunning lake views—an appealing alternative to the busier lakeside towns. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Golf Club Alpino di Stresa, just a 4-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. For families, the Alpyland Mottarone Adventure Park and its Alpine Coaster are only a 22-minute drive from the property.

The elegant town of Stresa, a 10-minute drive away, is renowned for its Art Deco villas, grand hotels, and picturesque lakeside promenade—an ideal place to stroll and enjoy views of both the lake and the town. From the pier at Piazza Marconi, visitors can board ferries to the Borromean Islands, famous for their magnificent villas, lush gardens, and historic churches. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
