The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a stereo, two fireplaces, two heathers and a radio. In addition there is a bicycle and there are two terraces, two swimming pools, two gardens and four sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a hairdryer and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove and an oven.

On the ground floor, you'll find the bedroom with a pellet stove (one load lasts up to 24 hours) and a large balcony door, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.

An internal (and external) staircase leads to the upper floor, which features a combined living room, kitchen, and dining area with another wood-burning stove. A cozy seating area under an old chestnut and cherry tree invites you to relax.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
