Located in the picturesque village of San Sicario Alto near Cesana Torinese, this first-floor apartment (with elevator access) is an excellent home base for an action-packed holiday year-round. The charming ski resort of San Sicario is well-organized and offers slopes to suit all levels of skiers. This apartment is in the heart of the quiet resort and is ideally positioned for easy access to the slopes. Set in a sunny location with stunning mountain views, this light-filled apartment accommodates four guests.

The main living area features a modern sofa, a dining table for four, and a flat-screen TV. Large windows and a glass door offer sweeping mountain views, whether you’re relaxing inside or enjoying the private balcony. Open shelving divides the dining space from the compact, well-organised kitchenette, which includes an induction hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge. The bright bedroom contains two bunk beds along with built-in storage. The bathroom, finished in vibrant tiles, includes a full bathtub with shower attachment, a basin, bidet and WC.

Sestriere (just 10 minutes away), famous for hosting the 2006 Winter Olympics, offers activities and attractions all year round. During the winter season, visitors can enjoy cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledding and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool open in both winter and summer.

In summer, the area is perfect for hiking through forests and alpine meadows. Mountain bikers will find numerous trails suitable for all levels, and there are also opportunities for tennis, golf and swimming. Throughout the season, the region hosts a variety of festivals and events for all ages, including cultural evenings and environmental activities.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
