Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. 2nd upper floor: 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). Small balcony. Balcony furniture. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Beautiful terraced house "Maison des Roses". In the centre of Bossolasco, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Public parking on the road. Grocery 500 m, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 500 m. Nearby attractions: Langhe, Barolo 15 km, Cherasco 20 km, Alba 25 km, Savona 60 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
