The holiday apartment is well-located to reach all the attractions as well as the main ski slopes of Bardonecchia within a few minutes walk.

The modern flat easily accommodates up to 5 guests and welcomes you in its warm-wooden living area that directly gives out onto the pine-view balcony perfect for relaxation. The living also has a sofa double bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen to whip up hassle-free meals in the comforts of your home away from home. A coffee machine, microwave, fridge and cooker hob are available among other utilities. A common area with table tennis is also available for some carefree, in-house entertainment. The apartment is located on the third floor and benefits from lift access.

Close to the apartment, within a 10-minute walk, guests will find the Bardonecchia alpine roller coaster, a number of restaurants and bars, as well as, a supermarket for a carefree stay. Several picturesque hiking trails like Bacini-Sentiero Paradiso and Passeggiata del Canale are also within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Moreover, the ski pass office to Colomion, an excellent destination for snowboarding and spectacular alpine views, is also just 10-minutes away. Beyond nature, there is also history to be explored in Bardonecchia; an 8-minute drive is Forte Bramafam, a WWI and WWII museum. If guests want to go for day trips, then Susa, located at just a 25-minute drive, is highly recommended for its ancient monuments such as SusaÕs Arch of Augustus, SusaÕs Cathedral, Casa Forte Chianocco and the Novalesa Abbey.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
