Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Natural stone floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), courtyard, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1 - depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 15. May. - 30. Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Turin 75 km, Genua 100 km, Milan 90 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner lives on the same property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
