Bedroom 1: The 1st bedroom benefits from air-conditioning, a private terrace and is furnished with a King Size Double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The 2nd bedroom also benefits from air-conditioning and is furnished with a single bed with a pullout single bed, and a wardrobe.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
