The Alba Village residence is located in the renowned "Le Langhe" region, known for its excellent red wine production. The complex is located approximately 2 km from the old town of Alba and offers a unique combination of various two-story buildings and a camping area. The property features a total of 24 apartments and mobile homes. In summer, guests have free use of a 10 x 6 meter freshwater pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from May 1 to September 30, weather permitting. There is also a wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool, and Turkish bath, which can be used at discounted rates. Massages and spa treatments can be booked directly at reception. For sports enthusiasts, the complex offers a variety of options: tennis courts (approx. 300 m away), table tennis, and a barbecue area. In the surrounding area, there are golf courses (approx. 20 km), a riding stable (800 m), and the option to rent e-bikes (approx. €36 per day). Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
