♥️ If you would like to rent the house for up to twelve people, there are four bedrooms available: Two double rooms (double beds: 150 x 195 and 180 x 200), one triple room (single bed: 80 x 180, double bed: 160 x 190) and another triple room (single bed: 75 x 180, double bed: 180 x 200). In addition, two people can sleep on a sofa bed (160 x 190) in a small living room. Three of the bedrooms are connected to a bathroom with WC and shower. A further bathroom with WC and shower is located next to the living room/bedroom, which also serves as a connecting room to the fourth bedroom. You can also use both kitchens, the large dining room with open fireplace, the 65 m² living room with wood-burning stove and the entire outdoor area. One or two baby packs, each consisting of a cot and high chair, can also be provided free of charge on request.
In the outdoor area, i.e. in the park-like garden, the house offers many possibilities for families with children or groups: Whether a large barbecue with a vine arbour and corresponding seating, a covered terrace, an antique pizza oven or for refreshment the large pool. While you relax, the children can play in the children's playground with tower, slide and swing or in the other children's playground with sandpit, Indian tent and seesaw.
