The accommodation is arranged over two levels.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious, bright, and welcoming living room, which can also be converted into a sleeping area if needed.
On the lower ground floor, there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with an internal gym area, and two bathrooms, one of which features a relaxing whirlpool bathtub. Also on this level is a Turkish bath, available to guests upon request at an additional cost, offering an even more exclusive wellness experience.
The property is completed by a large independent studio apartment with a separate entrance, featuring a double bed, kitchen, and bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
