You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three bidets, three baths, four washbasins, four toilets and three showers.

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and there are two high chairs.

Senigallia Beach can be reached within around 10 minutes by car and is known for its long sandy coastline, calm swimming areas, and seafood restaurants along the promenade. The historic centre of Senigallia sits approximately 15 km away and is best explored later in the evening once the daytime beach crowds begin thinning out. Cycling and mountain biking routes shape much of the surrounding countryside, while restaurants and local essentials remain accessible within a short drive.

Despite being close to the coast, the property keeps a noticeably quieter rhythm once the evenings begin in the hills around the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
