The holiday home for 11 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, four double beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions. Marmitte dei Giganti can be reached within roughly 12 minutes and is especially popular for river walks, kayaking, and dramatic canyon scenery carved by the Metauro River. Mondavio lies around 18 minutes away and is known for the Rocca Roveresca fortress overlooking one of the region’s best-preserved medieval towns, while Furlo Pass can be reached within approximately 20 minutes for hiking trails and panoramic drives through the limestone gorge. Guests looking for cultural day trips often visit Fossombrone roughly 12 minutes away for Roman ruins, cafés, and old stone alleyways winding through the historic centre.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
