General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Located in the heart of the Montefeltro region, Villa Paola is a beautiful country house with a private pool and garden; the perfect location for a holiday among nature, relaxation, breathtaking scenery, entertainment and much more.
On the ground floor, a large covered portico with garden furniture leads you to the main entrance. From here you enter the large living room with fireplace, then you find a masonry kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the laundry room and a room used as a pantry.
Going up to the first floor we find another living room with sofas and fireplace, a second kitchen for breakfast use and a beautiful panoramic balcony. Also on the first floor in the sleeping area are: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and single bed and en suite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with French bed, 1 bathroom with shower.
The swimming pool with sunbathing area, gazebo, BBQ and beautiful garden will allow you to enjoy and relax outdoors.
A large garage is available to keep your cars shaded.
Villa Paola is only a few minutes away from the delightful village of Sant'Angelo in Vado and the town of Urbania, two of the most beautiful villages in the Montefeltro region, where you will find all the main services, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. A few kilometres away you can visit Urbino, a UNESCO heritage town and capital of the Italian Renaissance. The sandy beaches of the Adriatic can be reached in less than an hour by car or if you prefer the mountains, the Apennines with the Sasso Simone and Simoncello Park can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
