The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue, a swimming pool (heated, private), an air conditioner and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The villa has an outdoor SPA pool, from May to October with warm water, 6 seats each with different jets, also ideal in autumn and spring. Outside there is a large pavement where you can eat and relax in the shade of a hundred-year-old mulberry tree. The garden furniture consists of: parasol, green resin table with chairs, gazebo with sofa and outdoor armchairs.

Independent house immersed in the Marche countryside with a wide view where you can admire the medieval towns of Mondolfo, San Costanzo and the small village of Stacciola. In the valley below is a small lake in the midst of greenery while further on is a pine forest with the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grotte. The sandy beaches of Torrette and Marotta are only 6 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
