The farmhouse is located in the municipality of San Costanzo and in a few minutes you arrive in the pretty village where the main services such as shops, bars, pharmacy, bank and post office are located. For wine lovers, in the surrounding hills there are many excellent wineries where you can enjoy tastings or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are about 15 kilometers away and are two tourist destinations for lovers of the sea but also of culture and history because they offer beautiful historic centers. Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and a UNESCO site, can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
