The house can be divided into three separate units. An apartment for two people with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom with a double bed. Another apartment is located on the upper floor and can accommodate four people: also with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). The main house spans two floors and features two bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and four bedrooms (three with double beds and one with a single bed), a beautiful kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker, two large living rooms, and a dining room. Upstairs, there is a connecting door between the two larger units, which can be left open or closed as needed. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, as well as a separate room with a large beverage refrigerator.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
