We rent a holiday flat within walking distance of the sea on the beautiful Riviera delle Palme in San Benedetto del Tronto. The 75 m² Mediterranean-style flat is clean and cosy and has a large balcony, a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. The Riviera delle Palme has a 6 km long beach of fine white sand with shallow waters.

The nautical club with boat moorings, tennis club, skating, bowling, swimming pools, minigolf, disco pubs and restaurants complete and complement beach life. On Tuesday and Friday mornings you can enjoy the market stalls in the town centre.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
