The apartment is ideal for couples and families who want to spend their holidays on the famous Marche coast, but at the same time far from the chaos of the seafront and close to historic villages and medieval villages that can offer an unforgettable charm. The historic seaside village, which originated as a seaport of Sant'Elpidio a Mare, has now become a well-equipped seaside resort.It is characterized by a sand and gravel beach that runs for over seven kilometres, between the town and the sea. The large pine forest near the sea is bordered by a cycle path. Among the accommodation facilities present, the campsites located along the coast stand out above all: vast areas surrounded by greenery, perfectly equipped, represent an ideal environment for lovers of open-air holidays.Worth a visit: the ancient Clock Tower, symbol of the city, erected to defend against pirate invasions; the Church of the Annunziata and the noble villas, such as Villa Murri and Villa Barrucchello, which are used, especially in summer, for cultural events.
