Indeed, privacy and peace, set amongst spectacular landscape, are the plus points of this property. All rooms with cool parquet flooring in the sleeping area and granite flooring in the living area have generous light and space and this, combined with comfortable furnishings and a good standard of fixtures and fittings, creates a warm welcome. The helpful owners live in the lower part and at the opposite of the house and then, Villa Rosa is like a detached villa because it has a separate electric-gate and a private area with a spacious garden where there is the swimming pool which is exclusively for guests use. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
