Detailed information
We bought Casa Campodanzo in 2024 and immediately started work on the interior and exterior. You will enjoy the large swimming pool, which is cleaned and maintained weekly. There is also a boules court, balls are available. The views are marvellous and are made even more beautiful by the recent planting of olive and fruit trees. There is a large plot of land between the house and the pool, so any noise from the pool is barely audible when you are sitting on the terrace.
In the house, two staircases lead to the upper floor with high ceilings. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on each side of the house - a total of six bedrooms and four bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with double box-spring beds, with the exception of one room, which has two single beds. Thanks to the thick walls, the house remains pleasantly cool. All rooms are equipped with fly screens and blackout blinds - for peaceful, undisturbed nights.
There are neighbours on both sides of the house, but they are rarely around. As the house is at the end of a street, it is very quiet. You can do your shopping in the medieval village of Penna San Giovanni, which is only 5 km away. There you will also find several bars and restaurants. There are more shops and restaurants in the neighbouring villages of Gualdo, Sarnano and Servigliano. A list of the local weekly markets is available for you.
A caretaker lives between Penna and our hamlet - you can contact her in an emergency. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, two large fridges and a large cooker. Adjacent is a spacious dining room with a bench and chairs. An intermediate room with a desk leads into the living room with an open fireplace and two sofas. There are two large wooden tables for 10-12 people on the covered terrace, as well as a Weber gas barbecue. There are several loungers around the pool and a lounge area where you can enjoy the sunset. Stable internet is provided by Starlink. We have invested in beautiful details such as antique vases to create a cosy, homely and comfortable atmosphere - in the hope that you will appreciate them and treat them with care.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
