The house itself a newly renovated, fully fenced-in, surrounded by olive trees and a lots of outside area from which to admire the panorama. One of these is the terrace below the house, reached by a few steps, that houses the furnished pool area.The rooms are spacious and most inviting. The furniture is quite comfortable and everything has been thought of for guest’holiday enjoyment by the caring and friendly owners, including laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
