Charming and beautiful house situated 1,5 km from the small village of Ostra and only 15 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. You can easily walk to the village of Ostra, where you will find a small supermarket. In the surrounding countryside there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and other local products. The area is known for its high-quality wines, such as Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, which can be purchased at the nearby Azienda Agricola Landi.
The house is surrounded by a garden with many trees, plants and aromatic herbs that fill the air with Mediterranean scents. The villa has a large private pool with an outdoor shower and plenty of space to relax in the sun or shade. On summer evenings you can enjoy dinner on the veranda or under the patio next to the house. From the house you have a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the ancient village of Ostra.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
