ACCOMMODATION STRUCTURE - I Gelsi is a beautiful, newly renovated villa with an infinity pool with hydromassage corner and beach, wellness centre with jacuzzi and Turkish bath, professional BBQ for barbecues, air conditioning in all rooms and charging station for electric cars. The geothermal system and photovoltaics make this house even more comfortable as well as energy autonomous and environmentally sustainable.

On the ground floor are the well-equipped kitchen with living room and a large living room with sofa and fireplace, two bedrooms (one double and one twin with en-suite bathroom), a bathroom with accessible shower and wellness area with jacuzzi and Turkish bath.
On the first floor are two flats, each with a kitchen with living room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms with shower.
On the second floor is the laundry area.
The flats are air-conditioned.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
