Offida is a town of about 5,000 inhabitants, located in the hills of the Marche 18 km from the sea and 20 km from the provincial capital Ascoli Piceno. The town is rich in history and the prevailing activities are agriculture, handicrafts and tourism. The ancient village, enclosed by 15th-century castle walls, is listed among the most beautiful villages in Italy. Situated on a rocky spur between the Tesino and Tronto valleys, it is known for the art of bobbin lace, an ancient tradition to which a museum is dedicated. The most important event that takes place in Offida is the Carnival with 'Lu bov fint' and li 'Vlurd'. The local food and wine excellences are: chichì ripieno (a focaccia with tuna, anchovies, capers and peppers), 'funghetti' (aniseed-based sweets) and Terre di Offida DOC and Offida DOCG wines.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
