Returning through the living area, one reaches a staircase leading to the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. The modern, brightly tiled bathroom has a window and is fully equipped with a bathtub, shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and bathroom furniture. On the right is the master bedroom with a double bed (170 x 190 cm), while on the left is another room with two single beds (83 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed if desired. At the top of the stairs is the smaller attic room, where you will also find two single beds (83 x 190 cm) that can be joined together to form a double bed. The flat has air conditioning in the kitchen area and in the three living rooms on the first floor, the use of which is subject to a charge.
