The equipped kitchen overlooks the outdoor terrace furnished with sunshades and a dining table. Next to this is an enclosed porch with large windows overlooking the pool area.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub, while on the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa is just a short distance from the village of Montemaggiore al Metauro and a few kilometres from Calcinelli, where you can find all services.

In just 20 minutes you can reach the coast and the town of Fano, where you can spend your summer evenings on the seafront promenade full of restaurants, ice cream parlours and music venues. There are also numerous villages to visit in the surrounding area, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, a UNESCO heritage site. Lovers of wine and good food can make a stop at the many wine cellars and farms in the area: wines such as Bianchello, cheeses and typical cold cuts are a must!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
